NEW opportunity! I am partnered with a major consultancy who are seeking a career driven Quantity Surveyor to join their skilled team and support them with a number of high profile projects.

What You'll Do:
- Support financial aspects of large scale commercial projects, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts
The Person
The ideal QS will be able to gel with the existing team and hit the ground running in this fast paced project. To be considered, you must hit the following base criteria;
- Minimum 3 years experience in quantity surveying
- Experience working on Civil/ Structural work packages
- Ideally familiar with JCT or NEC contracts
- Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
