An award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy with over 100 years success in the industry is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their newly established Birmingham team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with two QSs in Birmingham, working across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality. Current schemes include:
- £40m NEC Healthcare new build
- £15m JCT D&B Healthcare project
- 450-unit Residential scheme
- University projects from £2m-£5m
- A steady pipeline of education and refurbishment schemes

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
To succeed as a Quantity Surveyor in this role, you should have:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Experience in the above mentioned sectors is ideal
