Due to growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
路Working with the SQS you will lead, manage, develop and train the commercial teams across your portfolio of projects
路Assist on all contractual matters from inception to close out via in depth understanding of the contract and its implications for profit delivery.
路Assisting in the preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, drawings.
路Assist in the management of the Risk & Opportunities process.
路Produce monthly CVR reports.

Requirements:
路Minimum 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working on civil engineering/infrastructure projects for a contractor, ideally within the rail industry on major projects
路Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
路Chartered by the RICS/CIOB (preferred)
