The Birmingham team is currently engaged in a variety of exciting projects, including new builds, extensions, and conversions for a well-known hotel chain. The role offers a client-facing position, ideal for those who excel in communication and have a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships. Candidates should possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong time management abilities. You will be working on between 5-6 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the project life cycle, with values ranging from 1-4 million. You will be delivering a full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying service to clients.
To be considered, candidates should have at least 3-4 years of client-side PQS / Cost Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience. There is a high degree of flexibility on offer and the successful candidate could share their working week between the Birmingham office and working from home, with some travel to site.
