This progressive and well-established Cost Management consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Birmingham team. With a reputation built on consistent project delivery and a strong client portfolio, they offer the perfect platform for an experienced QS to thrive.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work directly with the Directors to deliver a diverse range of high-profile developments, valued from 2m to 200m. These include flagship schemes across the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, and Office sectors.

You'll lead projects from inception to completion, manage key client relationships, and have the autonomy to drive delivery standards across your schemes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of a thriving Birmingham office.

Recent successes include a landmark 10-storey residential tower, a 10m luxury new-build development, and a major hospital refurbishment. For the right Senior Quantity Surveyor, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and progress towards Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • MRICS ideally (or currently working towards)
  • Quantity Surveying Degree, BSc or MSc
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy environment
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
  • Management experience & varied sector experience is highly desirable
