Oneill & Brennan have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing logistics business and cover the Midlands region from our Birmingham office.

Due to steady growth over the last 5yrs this opportunity comes at an exciting time for the business having just secured 3 new large logistics packages with major Tier 1 contractors.

This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be largely based in our Birmingham office, however, you will visit sites regularly and work remotely. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who may have the ability to step into a Commercial Management role for the Midlands and North region. This is an exciting time of growth for the logistics division of which there will be many opportunities at varying levels of experience.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role you may come from a Tier 1 main contractor, therefore having the Tier 1 knowledge. You could have worked for sub-contractors or logistics providers and have direct knowledge of logistics packages up to £5m.
