Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Project.

6 month renewable contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent Staff opportunities.

Senior Quantity Surveyor offering flexible working arrangements as a Hybrid role with 3 days WFH and 2 days required in the clients office in Birmingham.
Contract Day Rate/Salary and package dependant on relevant experience.

Role Brief:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will undertake pre and post contract contracts management services over the duration of the project from inception, tender, post contract delivery and project close out.

You will have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on similar projects implementing effective Cost and Commercial Management processes.
Experience of working on infrastructure or construction projects from pre tender stage through to successful contract award and post contract administration.
NEC Contracts Knowledge and experience.
Member of RICS or equivalent recognised body.
