Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary:As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless interactions between our customers and our EV charging solutions. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the booking process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Prior experience in the EV industry is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Logistics Process: Oversee the booking system, scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations.Customer Interaction: Respond to booking inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, and other communication channels.Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources and fulfill booking requests efficiently.Problem Resolution: Address booking issues or conflicts with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer preferences, and service requests.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the booking experience.Adherence to Brand Values: Uphold company values of simplicity, prioritisation, and continuous improvement in all interactions.Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using booking software or systems is advantageous.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Benefits:
