An exciting opportunity to join a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for carrying out viewings, qualifying applicants, managing the move in process and offering excellent customer service.Overview:Job Title: Leasing NegotiatorLocation: BirminghamSalary: £30,000 Working Hours: 5 days over, with some weekendsResponsibilities of the Leasing Negotiator include:
- Ensure apartments are well presented, carry out regular checks and liaise with cleaning teams as needed.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate offers.
- Vet applicants.
- Carry out relevant paperwork to ensure a smooth move in process.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date with accurate lettings and rental data.
- Coordinate the online marketing of apartments.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Carry out rent analysis.
- Organise renewals.
The person:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience working in lettings.
- Proven track record of hitting targets.
