An exciting opportunity to join a new on a leading property company on a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Lettings Coordinator will be responsible for taking enquiries, vetting applicants, coordinating viewings, diary management and other ad hoc administrative tasks. Overview:

  • Role: Lettings Coordinator
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Salary: £27,000

Responsibilities of the Lettings Coordinator include:

  • Respond to enquiries.
  • Complete applicant vetting requirements.
  • Book in viewings for leasing team.
  • Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings.
  • Record viewing feedback.
  • Manage applicant database.
  • Provide admin support to the Leasing team.
  • Support with furniture delivery coordination, car park booking and lift management.
  • Provide first class customer service to residents.

The person:

  • Previous property experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent time management.
