Job Title: Property Scout – Birmingham
Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Birmingham) Salary: £30,000 per annum + Commission Contract: Full-Time
About the Role:We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Scout – based in Birmingham to help identify and acquire undervalued residential properties. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located to Birmingham with strong knowledge of their local residential property market.
As a Property Scout, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local estate agents and using your market insight to source high-potential investment opportunities. If you are highly motivated by earnings, thrive on networking, and understand what makes a residential property a good deal, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source and identify residential properties below market value

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with estate agents in your area

Monitor the local property market for new opportunities and trends

Visit potential properties and assess their investment potential

Liaise with internal teams and provide detailed property reports and insights

Must be based in Birmingham and have in-depth knowledge of the local residential property market

Proven experience in residential property sourcing, scouting, or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong drive to earn and a results-oriented mindset

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for property visits)

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Competitive base salary of £30,000
