We are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to aid in the efficient managment of our commercial property and the neighbouring mixed use property.
The Role:
- Act as main point of contact for Residential and Commerical letting agents.
- Take lead in marketing vacant units with strong focus on social media and digital engagement.
- Managing the sites office administration.
- Dealing with general tenant queries.
- Managing the team of leasing agents ensuring a top tier service is delivered.
Requirement:
- Confident in using computers and navigating various software platforms.
- Previous admin experience
- Strong multi tasker and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Knowledghe if the commerical letting process.

- Confident in using social media platforms for the purpose of marketing and engagement.
- Great customer service
- Organised, punctual and proactive in your approach.
- ability to manage a team.
