Hays are looking for a vehicle body shop assessor / Insurance Assessor who is looking to become an Engineer in this field.
You will be working remotely in this position with a competitive salary to offer.

  • To act as a technical vehicle construction and repair expert.
  • To provide assistance and support and develop the skills, knowledge and experience of an office team so they become more efficient and effective.
  • To carry out image-based desktop inspections and provide authority to independent and vehicle manufacturer repairers to agreed tolerance levels.
  • To review cases of complaints involving technical vehicle construction and repair issues and provide guidance and recommendation on the best course of action.
  • To conduct a regular sample audit of the repair network based on the Repairer Audit Policy in relation to correct claim circumstances, method, and cost of repair.
