We are working with a longstanding insurance and FS recruitment business with a regional presence who are looking at growing their team with the hire of an account manager.

One of the few genuine 'warm desk' options we have seen for a while, this is the opportunity to jump straight into a desk with lives roles and a great database/network of candidates to work with. Our client is inundated with work and is in a growth phase themselves so this could be a great option to build a desk quickly and generate some great commission!

You would be part of a highly experienced leadership team with many years in the insurance recruitment world and a rolling start would be on offer;

  • warm clients with PSL access on day one
  • support of highly experienced leaders
  • great systems/database in place
  • investment made in job boards and Linkedin Recruiter
  • good package with healthy and transparent commission levels

Ideally, you will have a couple of years in recruitment with a good track record of placements success. An ability to build relationships with clients is essential but there will be no cold calling to clients - all BD is done by BD people!
