Pertemps Recruitment are the largest independent recruitment consultancy in the UK and has been voted  the 'Top 100 Companies To Work For'.We are looking to recruit a recruitment sales consultant to join our successful Birmingham office.We're in a period of growth and we want an enthusiastic sales person to sell our recruitment service to businesses and to make sure we are maximising opportunities in the Birmingham area within the temporary business office support sector.You will be responsible for;- Business Development over the phone and face to face across Birmingham- getting the Pertemps name out there and ultimately converting prospects to clients- Management of margins and ensuring new business won is sufficiently profitable- Assisting with the recruitment and coordination of a temporary workforce to fill temporary bookings/vacancies- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of margins etc.- Business acumen and an ability to identify business opportunities- Determined and disciplined to carry out sales activity on a daily basis- Sales / telesales / telemarketing / field sales / business development experience (ideally B2B)- A strong relationship builder- The ability to multitask and strong coordination skillsWe offer a competitive salary, commission and an opportunity to own shares in our business, an environment which encourages you to manage your own work and fantastic career progression into management for the right individuals.Salary is dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of £35k-40k pa.If you are looking for a career with a true market leader and a company who are regularly recognised as an employer of choice in their industry then apply now.
