The Opportunity

A rare and exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Consultant/Senior Consultant or above to join our award-winning Senior Finance Team in our flagship Birmingham Office, focusing on Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance across the Midlands. This is a unique opportunity to help grow a niche division partnering with leading organisations. You will also be joining a high performing team who have unrivalled tenure and experience across the Midlands.

This opportunity covers both interim and permanent vacancies and would allow someone to become a true specialist in their field and to be able leverage of superb existing client relationships within the team.

We are keen to speak with experienced recruiters or graduates looking to pursue a career within recruitment. This position requires someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, tenacity and the desire to succeed in a senior market.

What can I expect day to day?

You will have full responsibility of your own desk, candidates, and clients, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience and industry knowledge, empowering you to learn and grow from the market leaders in recruitment. You will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

Building relationships with clients
Winning new business within audit, compliance and risk
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for live vacancies
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Developing long-term relationships with candidates
Matching the best talent to the best career opportunities
Networking with industry professionals

What you'll need to succeed:

An interest in recruitment, finance and relationship building
Sales or Recruitment is advantageous although not essential
Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
People focused with a sales-driven mentality
Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
A valid driving license
