Since our inception in 2016 our strategy has been to work with SME clients which has enabled us to grow our business to a full offering to companies covering vacancies in business services, marketing, and sales - Which is why the time is now right for us to add another recruiter to our team. This opportunity would suit an individual who is experienced in commercial recruitment seeking the opportunity to develop and grow a warm desk within the Business Services Division.

What will do as a Recruiter

  • Interviewing, coaching and placing operations, administration and junior candidates
  • Engaging with our current client base offering suitably qualified candidates
  • Providing consultative advice to clients regarding vacancies and candidates available
  • Candidate sourcing and management via job boards, and our internal crm systems
  • Manage clients’ expectations ensuring we offer a full 360 recruitment service
  • Ensuring internal CRM is kept up to date with all client and candidate information
  • Analysing client accounts and maximising opportunities within organisations

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of recruitment or resourcing - Essential
  • Sales skills - enjoy chasing and following up on enquiries
  • Able to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Strong command of the English language able to write profiles for candidates
  • Commercial awareness when negotiating with clients
  • Able to optimise leads and gain conversions
  • Confident and creative recruiter able to advise and support clients and candidates
