Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham - 22,000 - 27,000 Per Annum

Due to exciting growth plans and recent success, Involve recruitment midlands ltd are seeking a motivated and dynamic trainee recruitment consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the construction industry and in particular working within the trades and labour sector. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to utilize various recruitment technologies effectively. Successful applicants must demonstrate an an eagerness to develop a career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.
