Trainee Recruitment Consultant Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Permanent Position

Salary: 25,500 + 27,500 base salary + Commison & Loyalty Bonus

We operative in the public sector recruiting maintenance, trades and soft Fm staff for Housing Associations and Local Councils across the UK.

As a result we are recruiting a trainee/ graduate recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive recruitment business.

About the role:

You will be a part of the highest performing sales team in the business who live and breathe the job. Thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.

Resourcing, pre vetting and placing candidates into temporary or permament positions with our clients and reporting to the business directors being their eyes and ears in the market place. Working with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.

About you:

You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost.

We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results.

You must be resilient not afraid of rejection and understand that success in our field takes time. Having a strong work ethic and a flair for entrepreneurship needs to be in your nature.

You will be able to work independantley to dirve you own sales pipe line and be able to manage you own work load.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License
Ideally Sales Experience
Must be IT Literate
Good phone manner and communcation skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to go above & beyond as this is not a typical 9 - 5 role
Good written english skills
Minimum 5 GCSE's
Must be amitious, competitive and money driven
Coachable and willingness to learn

Salary of 25,500 - 29,500 depending on experience (Plus commission)
