Job Title: Mastic Man 

Location: Birmingham

Rate: £200 - £280 per day (depending on experience)

Job Type: Subcontractor / Self-employed

We are currently seeking an experienced Mastic Man to join our team for ongoing work on apartment block projects across Birmingham. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application of internal and external mastic/sealant to high standards

   

• Working on new build apartment blocks and refurbishments

   

• Ensuring all joints are clean, neat, and professionally finished

   

• Following health and safety procedures on site

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mastic Man (minimum 2 years preferred)

   

• Own tools, transport, and PPE

   

• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)

   

• Ability to work independently and to deadlines

   

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
