About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our clients Complex Care division. This is a fully remote role; however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel when necessary to meet new service users in the community and foster client relationships.

You will play a key role in developing and expanding services for individuals with complex care packages (e.g. Neurological disorders, Brain and spinal injuries, Stroke rehabilitation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships to increase care hours and client base
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the Complex Care sector
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver high-quality care solutions
  • Attend meetings with ICBS and LAs, commissioners, stakeholders, and service users as needed
  • Develop tender responses and contribute to service mobilisation plans in the community.


Essential Experience and Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in business development within Complex Care or Nursing services
  • Strong clinical, complex care, or nursing background (essential)
  • Sound understanding of compliance and quality standards in health and social care
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
