SF Recruitment have partnered with a leading organisation in Edgbaston, who are looking to recruit a Sales Executive/Business Development Manager with insurance experience. This is a new role, that the successful candidate will be able to shape and grow.
Working pattern: full time office based with occasional travel to clients when necessary
Salary: up to £40,000 with bonus structure to be agreed
Responsibilities will include:
Actively generate and convert leads through outbound and inbound channels
Speak with potential customers via phone, email, and in person where needed
Clearly explain the benefits of our PMI product in a way that's transparent and helpful
Work to sales targets and KPIs while staying true to our values
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Collaborate with the wider team to share insight and improve the customer journey
Represent Kindred Health at events, outreach initiatives, and in the community

Proven experience in sales - ideally B2C, insurance, or service-based sectors
Self-motivated and target-driven - you go out there and make things happen
