We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, full-service marketing agency based in Birmingham, looking for a confident and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and detail-driven marketer with strong client-facing skills and a background in digital marketing and eCommerce. You'll take the lead on a portfolio of retainer-based clients, managing campaigns from brief to delivery and ensuring exceptional results.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across content, email, paid, and social
  • Write clear, engaging copy that reflects client tone and delivers impact
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
  • Monitor performance data, providing reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery


About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency setting
  • Strong working knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing platforms
  • Confident copywriter with a keen eye for tone and message
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • A marketing or related degree is desirable but not essential
