Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for your next challenge in a professional, fast-paced environment? Our client, a well-established and respected business in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking a finance professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring payments and amounts are recorded accurately on the finance system

  • Processing invoices across both purchase and sales ledgers

  • Recording cash transactions on the system with precision

  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining up-to-date financial records

  • Processing company expenses and credit card transactions

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers to resolve queries

  • Supporting month-end processes and general finance administration

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role within a professional services environment is essential

  • Confident using finance systems, CRM platforms, and banking platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (you may be asked to complete a short test)

  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-player mindset

  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
