Pay: £500 – £750 per week (depending on experience and placement)

The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and behaviour is managed effectively. You’ll be expected to supervise a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, maintaining a calm and productive learning environment. No planning or marking is required, making this an ideal route into teaching or a flexible education-based role.The CandidateThis role suits confident communicators with a professional attitude and strong classroom presence. You may be a graduate seeking school-based experience, an aspiring teacher, or an experienced education support worker. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to build rapport with students are essential.
