Are you ready to take students beyond the classroom and into the wider world? Tradewind is working with a vibrant secondary school in South Birmingham that's looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join their Humanities faculty after Easter.
This is a full-time, long-term position teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography, ideal for a teacher who can spark curiosity about the world and help students connect global issues with their everyday lives.
What's the Role All About?This isn't just textbook teaching. The school wants someone who can bring physical and human geography to life-whether it's plate tectonics or urban development, climate change or coasts. You'll have the freedom to shape engaging, topical lessons and encourage students to ask bold questions about the world around them.
You'll be supported by an experienced department that values fieldwork, creativity, and cross-curricular links, and you'll have access to strong resources and CPD.
You'll Need:-
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed

A strong foundation in the Geography curriculum at Key Stage 3 and 4

A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Tradewind)
