Role OverviewThe successful candidate will deliver an engaging Religious Education curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, encouraging critical thinking, respectful dialogue, and a deeper understanding of diverse religious and ethical perspectives.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and deliver structured and engaging RE lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Promote discussions around different faiths, belief systems, and moral/ethical issues.

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of students with varied learning abilities.

Assess and track student progress, offering timely and constructive feedback.

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school objectives.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Experience teaching RE at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and challenge students.
