Responsibilities

Planning & delivering GCSE Sciencelessons to the whole school
Lead on certain aspects of the Science Dept
Implementig fresh ideas to make the role your own
Provide support to students & other staff members within the school
Implement strategies to support students with SEND, ensuring their specific needs are met effectively.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all learners
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to education and care
