The Role
As a member of the English department, you will:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess, and refine curriculum delivery.

Support the learning of students with a range of abilities and needs, including those with SEN, through adaptive teaching and inclusive practices.

Contribute to the wider school life, including extracurricular activities and literacy initiatives.
Requirments

A Qualified Teacher with QTS and a degree in English or a related field.

Experience teaching English at secondary level.

A reflective practitioner with a passion for student progress and achievement.

Someone who values inclusive education and can work effectively with students with additional learning needs.

A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
