Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist KS3 and KS4 students. Additional duties include:

A strong work ethic and a passion for learning;
A strong desire to make a difference to the lives of our students;
Experience in a similar role or at least 5 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant
Experience of leading learning activities for small groups of students;
A good understanding of important curriculum developments for students, particularly those with additional needs;
The ability to demonstrate their ability and experience matches the job description for the role;
The skills and characteristics outlined in the person specification for the role;
An excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Position - Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Start date - October half term

5 days a week
Rate of pay - GBP110 - GBP150 - Per Day
Hours - 8:00am - 16:00pm (term time only)
Experience, Training and Qualifications
It is essential that you have experience assisting learners in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child related references.
