Are you passionate about supporting students and making a real difference in their educational journey? Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, supportive team at a school in Kings Norton, starting in January.
About the Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the classroom teacher, helping students achieve their potential, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
Help with differentiation to support students of all abilities
Encourage student engagement and well-being
Provide general administrative support to teaching staff
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a secondary school setting
A passion for education and working with young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic
