Location: B33 (East Birmingham)
Day Rate: 105 - 115 per day
Contract: Long-term (with the potential to become permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting learning in Key Stage 2? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to join a friendly and supportive primary school environment.
The Role
- Provide classroom support across KS2, focusing on Years 4 and 5
- Deliver small-group interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Support pupils with SEN needs and ensure inclusive practice
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in KS2
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
