Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Bordesley Green, B9
Day Rate: 105 - 115 per day
Contract: Long-term to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: September 2025

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? Do you have experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 2? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 TA to provide classroom and small group support in Year 4 and Year 5. Your role will include:

• Delivering targeted interventions for core subjects

• Supporting whole-class learning alongside the teacher

• Helping pupils with differentiated activities to meet individual needs

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement within lessons

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working in KS2 environments

• Ability to deliver interventions and support SEN learners

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
