Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring a Secretary at a well-established sports organisation in Birmingham. They are looking for a confident individual with previous secretarial experience.
Secretary responsibilities:
- Provide full admin support to the Executive Director, including diary, travel, meetings, and emails.
- Assist with project tasks like tracking progress, gathering data, and meeting deadlines.
- Help organise events by managing guest lists, venues, and logistics.
- Support the department with admin duties such as CRM updates and filing.
- Represent the organisation professionally, promoting its values and reputation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous secretarial experience at Director or senior level.
- Strong admin skills and accurate minute-taking.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, professional attitude.
- Excellent IT skills.
