Aftersales Customer Service Manager
Salary 33K-38K + 4,800 car allowance, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days holiday
To manage aftersales service and spare parts supply for this machinery manufacturer. A customer service based role, involves visiting customers, account management, arranging service visits for engineers.
The role
- A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and service & maintenance visits.
- Typically office based with occasional customer visits
- Customer relationship and account management, proactively maintaining relationships with customers
- Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
- Quotes & followup
- Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time
- Working with Head of Engineering to enure service visits are scheduled timely.

Requirements
- Customer service and account management experience
- Ideally a background in spare parts and aftersales service in an engineering or machinery company ideally.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Likely to have experience as; aftersales manager, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
