Are you a skilled and dedicated professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We have an engaging role for you at our automotive client! As a Service Administrator, you'll provide administration support, ensuring detailed and accurate records of all work activities are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Job Card Management: Raise job cards, populate technicians' time bookings, and finalise parts used and hours charged.
  • Documentation: Collate and check technicians' documentation, close completed jobs, and review and process service invoices and credits.
  • Warranty Claims: Create, monitor, and process warranty claims, and collate reports as requested.
  • System Updates: Update internal systems with vehicle details, service history, and work progress.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential: Knowledge of call handling and administration, customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong communication skills, ability to maintain high output levels, and stay focused under pressure.
  • Desirable: Experience in the HGV & waste industry, previous transferable experience.
