Job Title: Store Manager
The purpose of the Store Manager is to develop and sustain effective management activities that maximise sales & profit targets within the Store, provide optimum customer services and ensure compliance of all company and legislative procedures and policies.
About You: We are looking for a goal orientated manager with a proven management and sales track record. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who is organised and can manage their own and other’s time effectively. Self Storage experience would be ideal, but is not necessary. However, people management experience and a record of achieving KPI’s and budgets is essential. The key aspects of the role are converting sales, people management and administration.

Store growth and development:o Meet the revenue and growth targets, and control costs within a reasonable jurisdictiono Manage the growth and development of the store and employeeso Demonstrate an active approach to achieve goals and objectives
Manage and train employees:o Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team higho Motivate staff to give their best resultso Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgets
Administration:o Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervalso Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses
