ABC Teachers are looking for a patient, compassionate individual to join a SEN school in Birmingham as a Learning Support Assistant.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide small group support to children with a range of SEN Needs
- Assist with tailored learning activities
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social skills
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and other support staff in the school

About you:
To be considered for the Learning Support Assistant role, you will:
Hold suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
