Muve Children's Services is recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers/Care Assistants to work with young adults (16-19 years of age) and children (under 16 years of age) within their own homes. The ideal candidate will be expected to work well within the residential care home environment, as well as access the community or support in various hospital locations.

The ideal candidates will have had experience within any, or a combination of the following:

  • Challenging Behaviour
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Complex Care
  • Mental Health
  • Personal Care

Candidates must drive and have access to a vehicle.

Staff must be able to work unsupervised within the community, proactively engage in activities with clients and seek to deliver a person centered approach at all times.

Staff will be required at times to lone work and be willing to undertake community activities, personal care and meal preparation.

The role requires staff to complete mandatory care notes and follow care plans provided via a digital care planning app for mobile phones.

A minimum 2 years of experience is required within a CQC/OFSTED regulated care provider (with a track record of good or outstanding ratings preferred).
