Supervising Social Worker - home working

Location: West Midlands

Salary: Up to 39,500 per annum + 3,400 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the West Midlands area. This is a permanent role offering you stability.

The role is home based, allowing you to have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to about 10 - 12 foster carers located around the West Midlands area.

The role doesn't include completing form fs, so it is just supervision, making the role less stressful and allowing you to have more time to focus on each of the foster families in your caseload.
