NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Fostering agencies in Birmingham in order to help them find a Supervising social worker, full-time.

This is a National Fostering agency that is well-established and can offer great carrer development and benefits. They have been rated Outstanding Ofsted in February 2025. The agency 186 children living in foster care and 129 fostering households.

You will be working across Birmingham and Midlands, hybrid working policy. You will driving to foster carers when needed. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Supervising social worker:

• Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carers
• Updating assessments of current carers
• Being part of the OOH call system - this will be paid additionally

Requirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFA
