Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a Family Caseworker in Birmingham to join a fast-paced law firm. They are looking for an organised and proactive person.
Family Caseworker responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of private family law matters independently
- Draft court documents including applications, statements and consent orders with precision
- Advise on financial remedy cases
- Prepare for hearings and maintain clear communication with counsel and clients
- Provide support and guidance for junior staff when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3-4 years hands-on family law experience
- Experience independently managing financial remedy cases
- Experience completing documentation accurately, including D81 and Form E
- Capability to manage a fast paced workload
- Strong organisation skills
