Occupational Health Advisor – Birmingham & Kidderminster
Part-Time (4 Days per Week, Including One Home-Based Day)

Are you an experienced, qualified Occupational Health Advisor looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated OHA to deliver the full Occupational Health remit across key customer sites in the Birmingham and Kidderminster areas.

The Role

  • Birmingham (B6): 2 days per week
  • Kidderminster (DY11): 1 day every other week
  • Remote (Home-Based): 1 day per week dedicated to case management

This is a varied and engaging role where you will work both onsite and remotely, providing high-quality occupational health services in a supportive and professional environment.

About You
You will be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (no restrictions or conditions) and hold a formal Occupational Health qualification. You should have recent experience delivering the full OH remit and be confident working independently.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least two years’ experience in Occupational Health
  • Possess excellent IT and communication skills
  • Be quality-focused with a strong approach to clinical record-keeping

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Complex Case Management, including Mental Health cases
  • Sickness Absence Management
  • Health Surveillance: Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, and possibly HAVS and Skin Assessments
  • Pre-Employment Medicals and Health Assessments
  • Health Promotion and Wellbeing Activities

This role requires someone confident in working autonomously, building strong relationships, and contributing to the development of the OH service.
