Support Worker
West Midlands, Birmingham, 12.60,
Day Shift, immediate start, 3 shifts per week
What you will do:
You will be assisting residents that have Learning Disabilities, those who suffer with Mental Health and those who requireComplex Care. You will assist the residents with daily activities providing emotional support and helping them with personal care. This role will require someone with good communication skills, empathy and the desire to provide exceptional support to the residents.
About the role:
- 12.60ph
- 3 shifts a week
- 8AM-8PM days
- Permanent role
- 9am -3pm activity shifts (occasionally)
- Monday-Sunday
- Immediate start
What you will need:
- Level 3 care diploma/certificate (preferred)
- Care certificate or equivalent
- Experience in Leardning Disabiltiy/Mental Health Care within the United Kingdom
- Full flexibility Monday-Sunday

This role is subject to DBS checks and will require proof of your qualifications.
We will not accept applicants needing sponsorships and Visa information will be required.
You will also be training in a variety of homes within the Birmingham area during your induction, so we can find the right residence for you to thrive in.
