Tenancy Services Officer
Monday- Friday/ 35 hours
South Birmingham
£22-25ph paid weekly via umbrella
Temporary (8 Weeks)
As a Tenancy Services Officer, your main duties will be:
To deliver excellent housing management services that reduce the risk of tenancy failure.
To manage a caseload on anti social behaviour/ tenancy breaches/ safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
To promote service delivery that aims to resolve all cases efficiently
To work with other agencies to increase the detection and prevention of tenancy fraud
To instigate tenancy enforcement and court action where it is reasonable.
The skills needed to be successful as a Tenancy Service Officer are:
The ability to analyse and interpret complex information
Knowledge of tenancy legalisations and processes
Previous experience in a similar role such as Tenancy advisor, tenancy officer, TSO etc
This role requires a basic DBS
