Sonic Summary

We are seeking an ASB and Safeguarding Officer for a temporary position in Nuneaton & Bedworth, requiring 14 hours per week on Monday and Tuesday.
The salary for this role ranges from £23 to £26 per hour, paid weekly through an umbrella company.
Candidates must have experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and tenancy fraud, as well as managing their own case-load of ASB issues.
The role involves working closely with tenants to reduce the risk of tenancy failure and ensuring good customer service throughout the process.
An immediate start is available for the right candidate who has previously investigated ASB and worked with vulnerable customers.

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation. ASB and Safeguarding OfficerTemporary Mon-Tues/ 14 hoursNuneaton & Bedworth£23-26ph paid weekly via umbrellaAs an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:

Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
