Role overview-

You will be providing strategic leadership and oversight within adult social care services
Driving continuous improvement by hitting core transformation KPIs
Involvement in ongoing CQC assurance & improvement
Leading a team through guidance and support, ensuring the Programme Officers are following the Programme plan
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure Programme plans are understood and followed.
