A well-established and highly respected Independent Fostering Agency is currently recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to join its dynamic team covering the Midlands area.

About the RoleAs a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a key role in:

Providing high-quality support and supervision to foster carers

Ensuring foster placements are safe, stable and meet the needs of the children

Conducting regular supervision visits, assessments and training

Working closely with local authorities and other professionals to safeguard children
You’ll work in a hybrid capacity - spending time both in the Edgbaston office and working from home - with occasional evening and weekend flexibility required.
What We’re Looking For-
Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

Registered with Social Work England

Previous fostering experience (preferred but not essential)

A strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
