Supported Living Manager (Intensive Support) - BirminghamAre you a passionate leader dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities? We're seeking a Cluster Team Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support in Birmingham.£35,000 per annum37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts, including nights & weekends)Key Responsibilities:*Oversee the delivery of exceptional support to adults with complex learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice.*Supervise and mentor a team of Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.*Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and autism-specific strategies.*Maintain accurate records, manage rotas, and ensure the service operates smoothly.*Act as a safeguarding lead, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of those supported.As a Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. We're looking for a natural leader who leads by example, someone committed to delivering outstanding support while mentoring and motivating their team to do the same. Working closely with the Registered Area Manager, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing service.This is a hands-on role where you'll spend at least one day per week directly supporting individuals, with the rest of your time focused on leadership duties. Since we provide round-the-clock care, flexibility is essential.
