Team Manager - BirminghamAre you an inspiring leader passionate about making a difference in adult social care? We're looking for a Cluster Team Manager to oversee high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Birmingham.£30,000 per annum37.5 hours per week (rota-based shifts, including nights & weekends)Key Responsibilities:*Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care.*Work alongside the Area Registered Manager to maintain high standards of support and compliance.*Promote independence and wellbeing for adults with complex needs, including autism and behavioural challenges.*Manage rotas, records, and day-to-day operations across multiple services.*Act as a role model, championing best practices in safeguarding and positive behaviour support.*Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals, balancing hands-on care with leadership duties.*Work flexibly across a 24/7 rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.*Collaborate with senior staff to create a cohesive, motivated team.Essential Criteria:*Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism (complex needs preferred).*Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or commitment to complete within 18 months).*Strong organisational and IT skills.*Full UK driving license (non-negotiable).What We Offer:*£500 welcome bonus*28 days' annual leave (incl. bank holidays)*Life insurance cover (2x salary)*Discount schemes & 24/7 GP access*Paid DBS check & £500 referral bonuses*Ongoing training, career progression, and funded qualifications*Pension scheme (NEST)If you're ready to lead with empathy and drive excellence, apply today with your CV!
